Customer Feedback
In partnership with leading NPS solutions provider AskNicely, the Kilgariff Recreation Centre is proactively sending out emails to members and visit pass holders to gather feedback.
Based off of Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology, the feedback process is super simple and based of the question 'How likely are you to recommend our services to your friends, colleagues and family members'. All you need to do is click on your score (1-10) in the email, and you'll be prompted with one follow question (Why did you give that score?), and that's it. Less than a minute!
We really appreciate you taking the minute to respond to the email and letting us know your thoughts and any suggestions for improvement. We want to ensure your experience is the best it can be! The emails are slowly sent out through our database, so it may take upwards of a few months before you see the email.
