Custom designed for those aged 12+, this after-school program is a fun and friendly fitness option just for teenagers, with qualified fitness trainers to show you how to develop positive exercise and healthy habits for life. Here is where you will learn how to safely and effectively use the gym. As well as building physical strength and fitness, Teen Gym will boost confidence, self-esteem and opportunities for friendship.
Once the 5 week program is completed teens can apply for an Active Youth membership to continue accessing the gym during staffed hours.
