Teen Gym – Build Strength, Confidence & Healthy Habits
Our Teen Gym Program is designed to give young people the confidence, knowledge, and skills to train safely and effectively in the gym.
This program is available for young people aged 12–15 and includes a one-on-one, one-hour induction session with a qualified Personal Trainer. The session provides essential guidance in a supportive and controlled environment, ensuring participants understand how to use the gym safely.
During the session, participants will:
- Learn how to use gym equipment safely and correctly
- Understand basic training techniques and proper form
- Receive guidance on safe and effective workout practices
- Build confidence to train independently
Program Cost:
- $100 per person
- NT Sports Voucher accepted
Please note:
- Completion of this program is mandatory for all 12–15 year olds before they can sign up for a Youth Membership
- Youth Memberships allow access during staffed hours only
- Full gym access (including 24/7) is available from age 16+
