YMCA Kilgariff Recreation Centre believes that parents deserve peace of mind knowing they can relax and exercise and be certain that their child is in good hands.

KRC's KidsClub offers a crèche service to ensure our participants visit is both supportive and worthwhile. We offer quality care in a safe, secure, healthy and stimulating environment. Our organisation is committed to safeguarding children and young people. We have a variety of practices in place to ensure all children are safe at YMCA.

Interested in becoming a Kids Club Volunteer?

Our Kids Club is run by a mix of volunteers and staff. If you are interested in joining our volunteer team and can attend 4 Kids Clubs each month you will be eligible for a FREE ALL ACCESS MEMBERSHIP!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I leave the club while my child is in the centre?

No, you must stay in the Centre at all times and let the staff know where in the facility you will be.

I’ve just joined up as a member, can I leave my child today?

All enrolment paperwork must be completed prior to any children being booked and left in the care of KRC staff. We also need to make sure there is an available space.

Do you provide food/snacks?

No. You are required to provide snacks and a drink for your child. No nuts are to be brought into the Creche room at any time – as per our anaphylaxis policy. All food must be cut and easy for your children to eat with little or no food preparation required by Creche staff.

How much does it cost?

Creche is free for members and $6 for non-members.

Do I need to book?

No booking is required.
