What time is full day and half days drop off and pick up?
full day drop off is 8:30am and pick up is 4:30pm, half day pick up and drop off is 12.30pm
Why can we only book for full days on excursion/incursion days?
This is due to accommodate available book times with businesses and changing situations
Can my child bring their electronics/ bring their own toys?
We do not allow electronics at our program as we want all children to actively interact and engage with each other and the activities. It is not recommended that children bring their own toys as we can not guarantee that they wont be broken or lost
Will there be food provided?
We do not provide food, so you must make sure your children have enough food for the day.
Is there a weekly or family discount for more than 1 kid?
No but we have reduced daily pricing to allow this to be more affordable to families. We are also exploring options to become an accredited program so that eligible families can claim the child care rebate.
Will I get a refund if my child can no longer attend?
If you notify us 24 hours before the session, if we are not notified that your child can not attend, we will not be offering refunds as this takes away from others being able to attend.
Can we do a payment plan?
We do not offer payment plans and require all payments to be made upfront at the time of booking. If you can not afford to pay for the whole time then it is suggested that you only book in for what you can afford at the time and book the remaining days when you can afford to do so.
Can I get the childcare rebate?
This program is not eligible for the childcare rebate.
If my child does not want to attend an incursion or excursion can we pay the normal daily price and stay back from excursions?
No as we will not have the staff to be able to accommodate this and we also encourage children participating in the program to interact and be involved in all activities
